Hysteroscopy with biopsy/D&C

Wanna talk about my unfinished journey and hear yours!!
23 y/o

Had mine today due to heavy periods, extremely painful period day 1-2, bleeding almost everyday after my period , and uterine lining being 16mm a week after my period , more than once.

During my procedure they found two growths , said it didn’t look like fibroids, most likely polyps , and my uterine lining was thickened and slightly inflamed.

If you’ve had similar findings let me know please, tell me what the doctors ruled it out as.

Today I got the growths removed , biopsy , and the doctor shaved down my uterine lining!
I am in some pain right now, kind of like a burning sensation with minor bleeding. Not too bad, but definitely uncomfortable.

Edit: I have nobody to talk to about this that understands my frustration. My period interferes with my daily life. I constantly have to call into work day 1 due to the pain I get. I so over it already, I just want answers and treatments.

Focal seizures?

A long time ago I was diagnosed with “partial complex seizures” now called focal seizures?
Has anyone ever experienced them the way I did.

Mine were triggered by Deja vu, I would never know they happened or remember any of it , but I have been recorded. I would go blank, say weird things like “ is my mom dead”, or i would say that “I’m seeing gray people” , most times I would say “ this happened already” before throwing up and sleeping for hours, and wake up with a horrible migraine. (These lasted about a minute)

Sometimes I would just start crying hysterically and grabbing whoever was around me super tight. my parents say that I would act completely different ( kind of like I was very scared of something) . I would act like a toddler, ( very kid ish), my dad used to take me on walks or take me to play basketball until I would snap back to reality. These were also followed by vomiting and sleepiness with migraines. These would be around 5-10 minutes.
They used to make fun of me in school saying I was the girl with crazy episodes.

Has anyone’s focal seizures looked like this?

Why do I get it so often?

I get sleep paralysis very commonly , back to back as well. I was just closing my eyes to fall asleep and I was laying on my stomach holding my pillow, when I heard mumbling behind me and foot steps. I felt a presence slowly touch my arm and slowly lay itself on top of me. I felt their head on my head. I saw a black shadow out of the corner of my eye. I tried to move and cry as I felt it slowly lift off of me. I was shaking very bad when I finally was able to move. I just laid there in shock until I found the courage to look behind me.
I’m really scared to sleep now.
