27M and just hit 300k
27M software engineer mostly invested in FSKAX and FTIHX (~160k), a couple 401(k) accounts (~80k), emergency fund with about a year's worth of expenses (~50k), and some random individual stocks given to me by past employers (~10k). I also graduated from college with 80k of student loan debt, but that's luckily all been paid off at this point.
This is the classic post of me wanting to share that I'm proud of myself, but probably wouldn't be very polite to share with friends or shout it from the rooftops. The stock market has boomed recently so I'll probably dip back below 300k at some point, but overall I feel really excited!
In terms of expenses, I have 3 roommates who are close friends of mine in a HCOL area, and I still splurge on concert tickets, massages, travel. I also definitely eat out more than I should. Overall though I just wanted to share how lucky I feel.
