So excited I got my offer for both of my top choices but now I seriously have to consider my options.

Can anyone let me know the travel companion benefits for both airlines? I think delta allows two family members and two friends but not sure if it’s unlimited and if family members get the same privileges as the employee ? And United works on a limited number of buddy pass system?

I also heard United has a minimum monthly pay guarantee but delta does not. Is this true?

I realize United has union and better long term pay but wb other benefits?

As for training, United provides $140/week stipends + $1000 bonus upon graduation, uniforms & luggages, accommodation & 2 meals/day vs delta minimum wage of Atlanta (which is $7.25/hr?) for idk how many hours per day for 6 days/week, provides uniforms but that’s it. Is this correct?

And bases, I honestly would prefer JFK and Atlanta then eventually LAX so I do think delta is better for this.

I also heard United can move your schedule around with very short notice but I’m not sure if delta is the same.

For delta I got hired as LOD Korean and for United I’d prob take a test after I get hired.

I am also considering union, reserve scheduling, work life balance, and culture.

Hi I’m new to this industry so apologies if I sound dumb.

I noticed some ppl say they get a CTO & some say they get a CJO at the f2f. Ik what the diff is but is CJO for like past employees or something? How come they don’t need training ?

And which one do you get day of the F2F? (For United & delta)

I applied as Korean LOD. How different will the f2f, training and flights be?

For delta f2f id like to stay in Georgia for a couple days after but obv dont want to give the impression that im getting a vacation out of it. I was going to go to Georgia anyway soon after so I thought it’d be easier to just make it one trip than go back and forth. Ofc id pay for changing it but would it get me disqualified to ask?

So I am very new to all this, I apologize if I seem to not know much. I’ve been slowly researching and I seem to keep finding out new things that are required about f2f or training that are pretty important and I could’ve missed.

Any tips or warnings ?

Also which airline is better to work for in your opinion?

For my f2f does it matter what luggage or bag I bring ?? I heard we shouldn’t even bring a purse and we can’t bring in anything rlly.

I have my f2f coming up in August and do have a small tattoo behind my ear. Will I be dismissed?

Also when are the drug tests administered?? Is it on the day of if you the CJO? I take Adderall occasionally to help my focus.
