Any advice on how to remove this water stain on a woollen carpet? The stain has been there for a while now and is completely dry. The wool around the carpet is stiff and not as soft as the rest of the rug

Hey everyone, I've had this coin for about 5 years. I've recently noticed a fair bit of tarnishing around the edges of Athena's face. The corrosion on the face has been there since I acquired the coin, but the brown deposits around the edges are new. The coin is kept in an Alberto Zecchi case.

Is this tarnishing normal and is there anything I can do to safely clean this?
