Repeated accidents?

As mark twain said, history doesn't repeat but it sometimes rhymes

I can think of a few instances in aviation where there's been an aircraft / airline that has been involved in two or more accidents of similar natures, for instance

•The ATRs and icing

•The 737 rudder and MAX issues from Boeing

•DC-10 cargo doors and engine issues

•TWA Super Connie and United Douglas aircraft mid air collisions

•Tu-154s in China suffering from bad maintenance issues

•Spatial disorientation accidents involving the 737 / 747

I'm pretty sure there's alot more cases too, i'm interested in any particular outliers. Feel free to let me know!

Lets have a list of the worst airlines that have had accidents?

With the not so recent release of the Voepass accident report, which explained the normalization of deviance in the airline, what other airlines flew with such bad practices that got themselves into accidents?

Like Adam Air, Valujet, Nationair, Sriwijaya Air, TAESA, etc....
