DO NOT RENT FROM LA AUTO SPOT ON TURO
I would not rent from LA Auto Spot again. Every time I’ve rented from them, the vehicle pickup has been delayed, which is incredibly frustrating when you’re trying to stay on schedule. The cars have also consistently been dirty, making it seem like they aren’t properly inspected or prepared between rentals.
What concerns me most is the maintenance. The vehicles I’ve received have had issues that should have been addressed before being rented out. When you’re paying for a rental, you should expect a clean, well-maintained vehicle that’s ready to drive—not one that raises questions about its condition.
Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this host. There are plenty of other Turo hosts who are more reliable, punctual, and take better care of their vehicles.
