I currently have an Apple Watch, which I love as it provides me with a lot of health information. However, I feel like a lot of that data is really hard to access, and I really like the way the Oura app displays the information especially with readiness and stress. Is it worth the 400 dollar purchase of an oura ring to complement my apple watch? What other features would the Oura 5 offer me?
