it has such a good premise but why is it so unpopular compared to other isekai? Is it cause the ending for the anime was horrible and they used a lot of 3d models?

I just finished the entire animated series and I'm literally so in love with the series. I'm going to get the games and read the manga. However I JUST realized they have Seiko watches and they look absolutely gorgeous but its all sold out and they only have ichika watches on ebay for almost 2k. Is there any knockoff versions for the seiko watches cause im not tryna spend almost 2k for my least favorite quintuplet.
