Wanted to try steel bikes. Got this frame and built it. Now that I see the blue, I kinda wish I had gotten the « naked steel » paint.

Lovely plush ride. For anyone wondering, yes, you will be pushing harder to get to similar speeds as other materials. I have had a TCR before and current is the yoeleo r12. The carbon performance cannot be matched.

Carbon fork, which makes for a weird bike behaviour. It’s booty - heavy. Front end feels twitchy in comparison. While this is not the end all be all steel experience, it gave me enough to get a taste. It’s not for performance. But for a commuter, the position is relaxed, makes for a fun ride and I always end up taking the long way home. That’s all I need to know.

I will not be taking it to the fast club rides. That’s just asking for pain.
