What makes Elixir Golem useful, even though it gives the opponent extra elixir and dies relatively easily?

I keep seeing it in decks, and got it recommended a few times. Help me understand why I would use a card that helps out my opponent after they kill it

Not sure if I should focus on leveling-up my king tower, or one of my common cards

I’ve been playing this deck for years, but upgraded all my cards once I started playing again a few weeks ago after being off this game for years. The only change I made is that I’ve changed up wizard for executioner and maxed it out. Since it’s been so long I’m not up-to-date with all the new cards or meta decks.

I started at around 5000 trophies a few weeks ago and am currently sitting at 10839 trophies.

It’s hard to change up cards or decks because I’ve always put the focus on upgrading a few specific cards.

Any advice is welcome!

Is this a normal crown or are there signs of thinning?

I (27M) have been on finasteride for nearly six years, and I have a hair transplant coming up in a few weeks to restore my hairline and thinning up front

Not sure whether to get some work done on my crown while I’m at it

FUE vs. DHI for first hair transplant? I'm worried about shaving and recovery

After roughly six years on finasteride, I've decided the time has come to restore my receding hairline, fill in my temples, and improve density at the front. The good news is that my crown is completely intact.

I've had a consultation, and they consider me an excellent candidate for a successful transplant, recommending 3,000 grafts. I'm planning on doing one next month.

What I'm still undecided on is whether to go with FUE or
DHI. There's a €1,000 ($1,152) difference between the two, which isn't nothing.

My biggest concern is the prospect of going completely bald during recovery and facing a prolonged recovery period.

I've been dealing with hair loss for over seven years, and it has consistently taken a serious toll on my mental health, bringing stress, anxiety, panic, and obsessive-compulsive tendencies. It's been a significant burden.
On top of that, I'm at a point in my life where I genuinely want to move forward, open new doors, and make meaningful changes, and I feel a real sense of urgency around that.

Part of what makes this so difficult is that I'm deeply attached to my hair. Even in its current state, the idea of shaving it all off is genuinely daunting, which is a big part of why I'm so hesitant about FUE, as it doesn't leave the option to keep your hair. Knowing how much my hair has affected my wellbeing in the past, I worry about how going fully shaved will impact me during the months of recovery, watching the non-transplanted hairs grow back through all those awkward short lengths and seeing the thinning areas in the meantime.
I'm also concerned that FUE carries a higher risk of damaging existing follicles in the frontal area or causing more shock loss, whereas DHI seems to pose less of a risk on that front.

Given all of this, what would you recommend? I'd also love to hear more about the recovery process for both options: how long it takes, which period tends to look and feel the worst, and whether keeping my existing hair versus shaving it all off makes a meaningful difference in how the recovery plays out.
