Evening all, we’re now at 5.5k members, really great activity and really high traffic which is fantastic. Naturally, as popularity has grown, we’re attracting A LOT of AI built websites and Apps “wanting honest feedback” (We’ve had 4 today alone)

Now, some are good, some are crap and most of them are just a guise to steal usership from the subreddit. If we let all of these through, it just cheapens the subreddit and makes it an advertising board for all manners of cobbled together nonsense.

So we’ve taken a stance where all will be removed unless we’re contacted first, and we’ll make a decision if we think it genuinely adds value.

I’m also very aware this would make me a hypocrite with the deals site being pinned, so, if this provides no value I will happily remove this too as I don’t want the sub to turn into that.

I know they’re old as shit now, and I know I could just buy a generic one. But I like the original head covers. Anyone have one and willing to sell? Alternatively know of the best places to buy original headcovers?

Want to buy some practice balls and a mat to practice chipping in the garden (paved) just wondering what the best practice balls are like foam ones?

Are there any that kinda match the weight of a golf ball but are soft? As I feel like the airballs would be a waste of time if they just fly out with every type of hit. Obviously impossible to match an actual golf ball but anything that can kind of replicate how it would leave the club face rather than actual ball flight

Easier to try, easier to get fitted, will be much easier to handle any warranty issues… and no doubt a VERY similar set of clubs.
