Can you tell by these photos if these packs are resealed or not?

Hey all, I was wondering if it was possible to tell just by the attached photos whether these two collector packs were resealed? I've never purchased any collector packs before, but I noticed a few weird details that may be real concern or may be me being paranoid.

Both crimps seems to have a weird inconsistency on both the top and bottom of the pack, like an indent roughly the width of a staple that you can see easily in the 2nd and 3rd photos. It might just be that that's where the little flap thing is so thats why its appears different.

In the fourth photo, the crimping on the bottom of the back of the pack is clearly damaged in some way. I don't know if this is natural-ish, or if that's a mark of someone resealing the pack.

Then in the 4th and 5th photos, it almost looks like the corner of the back was damaged a bit. Both pics are of a different pack, and its not glue, but the damage is in the same spot on both.

Was hoping to get a 2nd opinion before I open them just in case I need to contact somebody about a return, or best case scenario I'm just being super paranoid. Anybody got any clue?

[TOMT][BOOK][Early 2000s?] Looking for the title of a young adult "survival mystery" (I think?) about a group of people becoming lost on a mountain climb.

I'm looking for the title of a book that I read and did a book report on, I think in middle school, sometime between 2008-2010? I don't necessarily think the book was published around then, but that's the only timeframe I have at all. All the details I can remember are that it was about a mountain climbing expedition, but the main character was either a kid or a teenager. They were climbing Mt. Everest or some similar high snowy peak. One of the characters was either the inventor of the Rubiks Cube, or his name was just like Mr. Rubik or something. This is the only actual detail that vividly stands out at all. I believe they ended up getting lost or stranded or stuck in a cave, but I may be imagining that as just "the problem that occurs in the book about people climbing a mountain"

I say "Survival mystery" in the title because I'm honestly not sure it was either of those, and I remember it being lighter in tone more than something that would be mysterious or suspenseful.

trying to look this up myself, the only thing I can find is "Peak" by Roland Smith, and I'm almost certain it wasn't that based on the synopsis.
