I Finally Recovered My Original Rockstar Account After More Than 30 Support Tickets

After more than 30 support tickets, I finally managed to reach a Tier 3 Support agent, who updated my account's email address almost immediately.

The method I followed was based on this post:

However, there was one important difference.

During my previous 30+ attempts, I always submitted my support tickets while logged into a new Rockstar account that I had created specifically for contacting support. I also noticed that an account could only submit about one or two tickets within 24 hours. Any additional attempts would simply return an error.

Right before my successful attempt, I submitted another ticket while logged into that new account, and it was closed almost instantly by the automated support system.

So this time I decided to submit my request without logging into any Rockstar account on the Rockstar Support website.

After submitting the ticket, I received the confirmation email and immediately replied with a brief explanation of my situation along with my proof of ownership. About one day later, a Tier 3 Support agent replied and confirmed that my account's email address had been updated.

I'm not sure whether submitting the request while logged out made the difference, but it was the only major change compared to all of my previous attempts.
