In 2024, 2 weeks before the school ended, we had a school field trip to a camp that day, so I decided to bring my New 2DS XL to entertain myself during camp. But the rules were very strange. We were allowed our phones even for TikTok and games, but NOT of our gaming handhelds. I never understood why as a phone does the same thing that gaming handhelds did. Before we arrived, we were instructed to hand out our electronic devices to the teacher. Although I FORGOT to hand my 3DS 20 minutes later after we arrived. So I decided to be honest and tell the teacher that I forgot to hand out my electronic devices (Normally she gives it back at the end of the school day). So I hand her my 3DS, and you will not believe what SHE DOES NEXT. When she saw that instead of a phone that it was a 3DS. SHE DECIDES TO LITERALLY KEEP IT UNTIL THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR. Normally she can’t do that, I WAS LITERALLY BEING HONEST WITH HER. If it was a phone, she wouldn’t have cared. But a 3DS? THAT’S ILLEGAL OH NO!!!!!!! I was so mad that I crashed out during the rest of the day. But it gets worse, another teacher told me she was going to convince her to give it back tomorrow, which I felt relieved. I wait tomorrow AND MY 3DS IS NOT AT MY SCHOOL. SHE KEPT IT AT HER HOUSE?????? I was actually pissed off to the point I literally didn’t focus on my work during 2 days. At last, I uncontrollably waited for 2 weeks and I got my 3DS back. To this day, I never trust anyone with my 3DS, EVER.
