8BitDo Ultimate 2C Wireless Controller Stutter

KB & Mouse (Working)
Fantech EOS GP15L Controller (Working)
(probably fake) cheap Xbox 360 Controller (Working)
8BitDo Controller (Stuttering in Nucleus Co-Op)

I've already tried alternate connections with the 8BitDo (BT, Dongle, and Wired) but it still stutters wherein an input switches between 1-0 repeatedly, Inputs cannot be held effectively. As of writing this post I have already tested the 8BitDo outside of Nucleus Co-Op and verified it with HardwareTester's Controller test site. The problem only appears when using Nucleus Co-Op.

Anyone Bought this from asura yet? I wanna know if id be paying ten bucks for MTL or actual translations.

The chapters available for free that I have searched online only have until chapter 254 actually translated, past that its all MTL. Wondering if Asura just yoinked that or actually put in the effort to fully translate everything hence the price tag.
