When you start up the Snowsky Disc and go to the home screen where you can see all the apps (for want of a better word) it always defaults to Browse Files, which isn't really very helpful for selecting music. Is it possible this can instead be changed to Category, where you have quick access to All songs, Artist, Album, Genre, Favorites, My playlists?
I bought a Snowsky Disc a few days ago and noticed that some albums tracks are played and also displayed in alphabetical order despite them having the correct track number tags and the Disc being set to sequential playing mode.
After a bit of messing around looking at ID3 tags in mp3tag I worked out the cause. If you have a value for an album under TRACKTOTAL it causes the Snowsky to play these albums in alphabetical track order. So you have to first add this column into MP3tag:
How to Add the Column
Open Mp3tag.Right-click on the header of any existing column (like "Artist" or "Album").
Click Customize columns... in the menu that appears.
Click the New button on the right side of the window.Fill in the following settings:
Name: Track Total (or whatever name you want to see)
Value: %tracktotal%
Field: %tracktotal%
Sort by: %tracktotal%
Then highlight all your tracks and go to the side bar and delete the value for tracktotal. Then press save and it should delete them all.
Then it should be sorted and happy days.
Can anyone tell me what this symbol does on the Snowsky Disc?
The device handily comes with no instructions and the online ones don't seem to mention it.

I've just got a Snowsky Disc and it keeps rebooting when I try and play music on it through my Samsung Buds Pro. They're showing up as paired and I've tried all the various codecs but I keep getting the same outcome.

So the latest firmware V3.5.0 introduced a track order bug where it plays them out of order.
I went into MP3tag to see if the incorrect order corresponded to the ID3 tags and they didn't, on the contrary the ID3 tags had the tracks in the correct order.
On a whim I decided to delete the Discnumber data and then saved it. Then when I rebuilt the media library for my Echo Mini my album tracks then played in the correct order. Result!
I've recently gone back to using my Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 and had to do a load of updates on it. However for some reason it now vibrates and alerts 3 times for each WhatsApp notification I receive.
I've tried following the suggestions that AI says to fix it but these haven't worked. If anyone has a way of stopping this it'd be really appreciated. Thanks.
I was diagnosed with Diabetes T2 about 3 years ago, ironically something which would have meant I could've shielded rather than work as a front line worker through Covid, which I hated and screwed with my mental health no end. At the time I was given hardly any info about diabetes other than a leaflet and to Google it. As I wasn't really suffering with it at the time I didn't really do much about it.
Recently however I've noticed I've started to lose weight (about a stone and a half) and on top of that I get really fatigued, which causes concentration issues, I'm always really hungry and whatever I drink pretty much passes straight through me. At first I thought I had low blood sugar level so I was trying to boost my sugar levels when I felt fatigued. However I ended up feeling so bad I went to the Drs and was given a blood glucose monitor and after using it realised I actually had high blood sugar levels and so what I had been doing was actually the totally wrong thing to do.
I've been taking a note of my blood glucose levels and they're ranging around 7 to 10 mmol/ L. I mentioned this to my Dr and he didn't think this was that high he did however increase my diabetes meds, which are now all at the highest levels. 2000 mg of Metformin and 10 mg of Dapagliflozin.
He said that my diet is the issue, I've tried to explain to him that I eat a healthy diet but he doesn't seem to want to hear this. My BMI is only 22.1 and I'm now less than 11 stone and 5ft 9". I used to be over 12 stone. I've decided to do a food diary for a few weeks and show this to him, so he has a better understanding of my diet.
I don't really know what the hell is happening and what my Dr is saying doesn't really tally up with my situation. I'm not eating an unhealthy diet, I'm not overweight, yet my blood glucose levels and symptoms are spiralling.
On top of this I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol, which are hereditary conditions.
If anyone has any advice it's much appreciated!
