I've recently heard that Gojo's CE Reinforcement has been greatly "overestimated".

Those arguments claimed that Gojo was hard carried by Cursed Technique: Lapse Blue in terms of striking power and speed, being a major reason as to why he is such a major threat. Not that he was a physical peer to Heian Sukuna in pure CE reinforcement.

And the fact that Mahito at Shibuya was able to dodge a punch from CT-less Gojo, alongside being comparable to Miguel in Reinforcement.

Is this true? I honestly am confused.
