Time to go back to home country

After having 6 years of corporate banking experience in Pakistan and a year of experience in Qatar I lost my job due to market situation in Qatar and struggle in developing business.
Hi I am Aqsa a 31 year old Pakistani woman who came here with dreams to grow further but I couldn’t got a proper job.
Every organisation looks like they’re here to exploit by just offering 4k to 5k qar for the experience I hold.
Sometimes it feels like begging when you know what you can bring to the table and what you deserve.
So here I Am writing a heartfelt post if someone is looking for hirings please contact me at 77961668 otherwise I’ll be only left with one option that’s to return to Pakistan again.

One month. Hundreds of applications. Countless interviews. Still no job.

I didn’t think I’d be writing this.
When I moved to Qatar, I genuinely believed that with 6+ years in corporate banking, relationship management, and business development, I’d find my footing within a few weeks.
Instead, it’s been over a month.
Every morning starts the same way: checking LinkedIn, refreshing my email, tailoring another CV, sending another application, reaching out to another recruiter, hoping this is the one.
Some days I get interviews that never lead anywhere. Some days I don’t even get a rejection just silence.
I’m not looking for someone to hand me a job. I’m simply hoping this post reaches someone who believes that good people sometimes just need one opportunity.
Professionally, I bring experience in corporate banking, client relationship management, business development, and managing high-value customer relationships. Personally, I bring resilience. Because despite the rejection, I keep showing up every day.
If your company or someone in your network is hiring for Relationship Management, Account Management, Customer Success, Banking, FinTech, or Business Development roles in Qatar, I’d be incredibly grateful for a referral or even a conversation.
Sometimes the biggest opportunities begin with a stranger deciding to help.
Thank you for reading. ❤️

Desperate But Not Desperate 😂

Me: “I am not actively looking for a job.”

Also me, 5 minutes later:
Updating my CV
Applying to jobs
Networking with strangers
Attending events
Sending LinkedIn messages
Trying to look “open to opportunities” without looking unemployed
Mentally calculating how long my savings will last
At this point, I am not looking for a job.

I am conducting an extremely aggressive market research study on employment.
I have experience in business development, client relationships, banking, sales, networking and helping businesses figure out how to grow and generate revenue.

So if your company is hiring someone who can talk to people, build relationships and actually understand business problems

Please feel free to disturb my peace. 😂

To The Hiring Managers Who Loves to Reject My Application and Rejected 199th Resume Submission of mine

To The Hiring Managers Who Love To Reject My Application And Just Rejected The 199th Resume Submission Of Mine…
First of all…
Thank you for keeping my rejection streak alive. 👏😂
At this point, I’m not even applying anymore.
I’m just collecting rejection emails like they’re limited edition collectibles.
“Thank you for your interest…”
Me: Ah yes, my old friend has arrived again. 🥲
When I moved to Qatar, I came here with a job.
I thought:
“New country. New opportunities. New chapter.” 🚀
But Qatar said:
“Welcome. Now try the career survival mode.” 🎮
So I did what every professional does:
✅ Updated my CV
✅ Applied everywhere
✅ Improved my LinkedIn
✅ Followed up
✅ Checked my inbox approximately 500 times a day
Recruiters:
“We will get back to you.”
Also recruiters:
disappear like my weekend plans 👻
But jokes aside…
Behind this 199th application is someone with 6 years of experience in corporate banking, managing client relationships, understanding business needs, and building trust with customers.
I’m not looking for sympathy.
I’m looking for the right opportunity where I can bring value.
Account Management.
Relationship Management.
Client Success.
Customer Experience.
If your company is looking for someone who knows how to manage relationships, communicate with clients, and make customers feel valued…
I’d love to connect.
📩 Email: axadyer@gmail.com
📞 Contact: 77961668
And to the 200th application…
Please don’t be another “we regret to inform you” email. 😂🙏
