Utility Bills- Home Owners/Renters

Question: What is your average utility bills in St Pete? Electric/Water/Sewer, gas?

We currently rent an apartment in Downtown St Petersburg, love it, but for the cost of our 1 bed apartment rent, we are considering renting a home instead but curious how much utilities really are.

Our electric is around $80-90 a month, and water/sewer/trash is another $25. Seems minimal, curious if it will jump at a home.

What are some recommendations downtown St. Pete for Saturday evening places to go for study/work with a laptop?

Coffee, lounges, etc… somewhere decently quiet and cool with bringing laptop.
