low conversion rate!!

Hello everyone,, I have built and launched three apps on apple store. only one of them got 20% conversion rate but unfortunately this one is a free platform app, which i don't really count it as a one. my main apps one got 9.68 conversion rate and the other one only 4.05%. despite paying for instagram ads and tiktok, got total over 20k views.
I don't know what I am doing wrong or missing. anyone has overcome this and how?

first mrr?

finally after months of building and shipping different apps and Saas, I have got my very first organic subscriber. I never thought this may actually happen at all, but very glad it did. I can't even express my feelings about this.
I hope that everyone else trying to get their first customer to succeed.

I think now is the time to do a proper marketing.
does anyone has real service, marketing Saas tool? please leave it on the comments.

Been working on Flinku for a while now. It's a deep linking platform for mobile apps that handles deferred deep linking, Universal Links, App Links, short URLs, analytics.

Wanted to share a few specific things I built:

Password protected links:

Set a password on any link. Anyone who clicks it hits a prompt before being redirected. More useful than it sounds. I use it for beta flows where I don't want random users hitting unfinished screens. Also good for early access campaigns, partner only content, internal links. Per link, not per project, so you mix open and protected links in the same app.

Scheduled links

Pick an activation date. Until then it shows a coming soon page. The moment it hits, it works like a normal deep link. I built this because I kept scrambling to share links right before launches. Now I set it up days ahead and forget about it. Stack it with expiry and you get links that turn on and off automatically.

Country breakdown with a world map

Every click gets tagged with country, platform, browser, OS, and whether it was a fresh install or re-open. There's a world map you can hover over to see where clicks are coming from. The install vs re-open tracking is the part I find most useful which tells you if a campaign actually drove new installs or just re-engaged existing users.

You can also do geo routing per link which different countries go to different URLs or App Store regions automatically.

Happy to answer questions about how any of it works.
