Image 1 — The rubber buttons on my Volca Sample were starting to require more and more pressure to use, making it increasingly frustrating to play, so I finally opened it up and cleaned the copper pads with WD40 contact cleaner. The improvement in sensitivity was pleasantly noticable.

Word of caution, the wires connecting the battery and speaker terminals to the circuit board can easily break. I actually broke both and had to solder them back.

Blackstar ID:CORE V3 Stereo 10 sound cuts off..

Hi, everyone. I was practicing with my band yesterday when my ID:CORE V3 Stereo 10 suddenly lost sound in the middle of a song. After inspection, I observed that I could only play up to a certain volume beyond which the output would drop out. Power and other functions remained on including USB connection to the Architect App. Anyone experience this?

For added context, our guitar player had a medium sized analog pedal board with maybe with 6-7 effects units plugged in to the amp when it lost sound.
