I have no single idea on what could of triggered this, it affected me and gave my sister a enforcement and device ban too. How much luck can i get by this appealing this and how should I do so with such a severe ban where they refuse to even tell me what the message contained?
I really need advice on this, I'm in Europe by the way.
So a while ago (like a few months), our game got taken down for the "Terrorism" rule, which makes no sense to me as the game contains nothing that promotes or relates to terrorism (just a HD admin game)
Is there still hope to recover this ban or is it truly bad moderation with no single hope left to recover except for recreating from scratch?
Like expected the appeal window was AI declined and the actual support appeal first fully ignored the case, until we submitted a new support ticket much later where they just responded that it's only appealable from the report-appeals webpage. Right now, doing the third support ticket hoping they tell us what's wrong with the game and how to reopen it again
I saw people get unbanned even after the 30 day appeal window so is it worth chasing it and is it different to games that got taken down?
It's a Baseplate game with some owner admin commands, typically like other free admin games (it uses HD admin). Recently this game got completely shutdown by Roblox for "terrorism/extremism" which is ridiculous. I don't know how this simple game can get associated with terrorism, the only thing I can think of is btools exploiters that mess up the map and spam report the game? There is nothing in the game itself that can be associated with that.
Me and my sister along with some of the staff of the game got a 1 day suspension for this reason too.
