Spoilers Born Again S1E2

I am talking about Heather becoming Fisk’s and Vanessa’s therapist. The trial of Fisk and Matt Murdock was very public, and there’s no way Heather didn’t know about that.

So why did she accept them as clients when so clearly there was an obscene ethical conflict of interest? She’s dating the guy that threw him in jail essentially.

I’m okay with spoilers because that threw me off so hard I’ve become demotivated a bit with the show

EDIT: I’ve been informed that Heather isn’t very ethical. That would make this kind of violation consistent with the character, which helps me digest the show. Thanks!
