Best value 25-27” 1440p monitor for competitive FPS + movie watching? (AUS)

Looking for a monitor that’s a good all-rounder. I play a lot of competitive FPS titles so I want a fast, responsive panel, but I also watch a lot of movies/shows so I’d like colours to be at least average-good, not just a washed out competitive focused panel.

Budget: Looking for best value, not locked into a hard number (although I think OLEDS are out of the budget)
Size/res: 25-27”, 1440p ideally 170HZ+
Usage: Competitive FPS mainly, plus a fair bit of movie/show watching
Region: Australia. so please suggest stuff that’s actually available/priced reasonably here, not just US Amazon links
Currently using: Alienware AW2521HF

I followed a youtube guide for general ram overclocking and i'm wondering if anyone can give me some more tailored advice? Is the current overclock good? Could I push it more? I downloaded Testmem5 and everything is good with this current pre-set. My kit at default is 32gb of 3200mhz 16-18-18

Ryzen 5 5500 and 9060xt 16gb upgrade??

Should I upgrade my cpu? Am I bottlenecked? I currently play at 1080p but eventually do want to do some 1440p gaming. Ive been looking at the 5500x3d? is this more of a sidegrade? Any suggestions would be great
