Is nykaa fooling us ?

just bought this lancome perfume from nykaa which is showing 10500 on other websites though 12500 on nykaa and with 20% discount it’s 10000 on nykaa. I mean this is so unethical of nykaa . Same case with YSL Y which is 12000 for 100 ml everywhere but nykaa showing for 13400 and then discounted price is 11000 something. They are so unethical.
Also i am not able to contact their customer care for my wrong order? Are they not approachable too ?
Lost trust completely.
