What applicator for water based poly coat
Redoing my floors and seeing soooo much conflicting information online and I would hate to mess up on this last step. I’m seeing some people say 3/8” nap roller is the way to go but half the internet says that is going to cause bubbles and more work. I see some people talking about T-bar and others mentioning it’s very hard to get an even coat. I’ve seen videos of people using wool pads but cant find much information. Heck, I would get on my hands and knees and use a paint brush if it meant I would get a good looking final product.
Please any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated! I am a beginner and this is my first time coating floors. Will be using varathane polyurethane statin floor finish.

We finally pulled up the floors in the back room and we have hardwood! I have got a lot of work in my future but very excited! Will post another update pick once everything has been cleaned and sanded
