Hello all.

I am hoping someone here has had experience swapping out the front fork suspension on a Jasion Retrovolt Pro. I'm looking to upgrade them, but when I look it over, I don't see a way to remove the top crown (I hope I'm getting the terminology right). If there is a bolt somewhere, it's a champ at hide-n-go seek. Lol. If that doesn't come off, it's not coming out of the tube shaft/opening. Anyone know how they come off/out? Thanks in advance!

Hello all. I am building my r002. I was looking over my work thus far before proceeding to the next step, and I noticed this wire looking frayed/broken. Is this just a fairly easy wire replacement, or do I have to go through the customer service process and see what they do?

The wire comes down in the bundle from the handle bars, and disappears into the body.
