I sent a screenshot to them showing my notification page. No mention, no followers.

I’m genuinely curious on what to do from here.
Would you wait until next weekend?
Or would you run it up the whatnot chain for a refund?

Edit: Added the response from whatnot support below. $100 wasted essentially. Guess I’ll leave a bad review when my “item” comes in the mail. Then I’ll get blocked! Yay! 😀

So I usually don’t cancel orders because I am seller as well. But nonetheless, I decided to cancel my first bundle (sports cards) with projectoutshine because I got a Pokémon bundle.

All I did was put on a request, I was prepared to take the L and buy it, but I figured “why the hell not”. I didn’t really want sport cards anyways, just the Pokémon. So I put the request in.

As soon as I put the request in, I heard some laughter from them and then got a message saying seller canceled, and immediately blocked.

So, me being petty, I sent a support request to cancel both orders. Why would I support your stream now?

I’ve bought from them before btw.

Hey guys, so I have only done about 4 shows so far so I am kind of new to this. I have had this happen in two of my shows.

Orders are vanishing from the order tab, no label to be created. No record of a buy, but no cancellation requests.

As you can see in the picture, #21 is missing. Went to the video feed and sure enough, #21 sold and I even said the username. What’s going on here? Hopefully I am explaining this right.

Last time this happened I just kept the two orders because what else am I supposed to do? I think they’re canceling but I’m not sure.
