I ordered luggage from Monos Luggage on July 8th. They immediately charged my credit card and estimated delivery 7-10 business days. Since I ordered, I have attempted to reach out to Monos Luggage to get an update. Their customer service is 100% AI. They promise to create a ticket and get back to me in two hours durning business hours. I have 3 tickets open and still I have had no return call, no contact, and no luggage. It has now been 5 weeks with no communication. I believe the company is a scam and I would avoid Monos Luggage if you are looking for luggage.
