Anyone have any experience using a static business IP?

The site has been saying I was restricted for using a VPN/proxy (I haven't). When I'd connect via mobile data, the dashboard would load, but said the account was under review for irregular activity (no irregular activity occurred).
I emailed about the static IP issue, but never heard back.
Today they emailed I was deactivated for irregular activity.

Any suggestions? Odd company with some very disjointed onboarding and practices.
