How to fight the recent gerrymandering

Theoretically, if there was a large enough movement and sustained effort throughout Memphis, encouraging everyone to vote against this blatantly racist regime running our state, could we turn all 3 districts blue? If every Memphian truly understood what this decision did for their vote, we could stand up and fight against this.

Need help determining if this is an obvious replica

Saw this at an estate sale for $500. It looks like a Scottish Murdoch flintlock. It has some pretty serious engravings at the top, and it looks like more have been worn down on the handle. I don't know enough about antique guns to justify making the purchase, so I thought I'd check with you guys.
