Assertiveness Training

Has anyone ever had assertiveness training? Any decent recommendations? I had a friend undertake some years ago and it was very helpful for him, but provider has since discontinued that particular course.

Thank you!

Accidental Pumpkin

First year of gardening and another lesson learnt!

Some pumpkin and courgette seeds did not germinate after prolonged time, so tossed the compost into my flower bed.

Behold the Accidental Pumpkin, which has flourished far better than my intentionally planted veggie patch pumpkins!

An unintentional, but much loved, addition to my flower bed.

Honeymoon recommendations

Hey everyone!

We are an OW qualified couple with 27 dives apiece.

Live in the UK, looking to book honeymoon April/ May next year. Willing to travel, 2.5 weeks. Healthy budget.

We would like somewhere which includes culture, land activities and diving.

Previously dived in the UK, Spain, Greece, GBR, Egypt and Mexico.

Would be willing to potentially do additional qualifications, either before or during honeymoon.

Although still low numbers of dives, we have been very fortunate to have some great instruction and have good buoyancy and have kept skills etc fresh.

Thank you in advance!

How many ‘extras’ do you have added on average, per session?

Salaried GP. Had locumed elsewhere but otherwise only worked at 1 practice.

I like how it is ran but feel workload is grinding me down.

10 minute consults, 15 per session, no double appointments, complex demographic and often get an extra on top. I feel this is very normalised in the practice, on top of an already steep workload.

How often do you get extras?
