Just curious to see what others think. I didnt get a for sure ID when I got it, so i did google lens but im curious to know what others think it could be. The bottom leaf that im holding up is newest leaf and hasnt fully hardened off as of now. TIA

So I ordered a duplicate bc I was not paying attention and in a Hoya daze... it happens to us all. Anyways... here's the Gunung Gading I just received and while it does have some sunstressing on some of the leaves, I immediately noticed the nasty scaring on this leaf. Only critter or plant issue that ive ever had to deal with is very mild mealies (beating on wood). Is this Scale? And is it anything else with scale or all scale, or something completely different? Please advise?
I did place it in a diff room and doused it with the Super Insecticidal soap. Any and all suggestions are welcome. TIA.
Also, a friend happened to send me a pic of one of her leaves earlier, which looks to be the same scaring with black dots in it, so im including her pic also (front & back) for more input.
