You will unfortunately see more of me until I clear out my prop bins and properly seal my grow cabinets/shelves for my one month vacay on December!

• All my plants come from my curated personal collection and are grown indoors.
• I have no history of pest infestation, and I like to keep it that way by routinely administering foliar and rotational systemic preventatives.

🛒 RE: SALES;

• I accept Paypal and Venmo. Let me know if you want G&S so I can add it into your invoice and update your total.
• Once payment request has been sent, please settle it within the weekend if you want your box shipped by next week. Late payments will have their boxes shipped out the following week.
• All sales are final. Returns, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted due the nature of plants being perishable. But let me know if you encounter any issues and I would be happy to assist you to the best of my ability. Please don’t hesitate to DM me!🫶

• You may request for a UPS 2nd-day Air upgrade. Please note that I am unfortunately unable to ship FedEX unless you’re okay with FedEx Ground.
• Every plant is carefully packed (corrugated wraps & lots of polyfill; to ensure safe travel. However, once your box is shipped, I am not held liable for carrier delays, stolen deliveries, or transit/weather related damage.

Hey everyone!
I’m a Hoya collector in Massachusetts looking for recommendations on effective pest treatments that are legal to use here.
I currently use sulfur treatments twice a year for flat mites and broad mites, which has worked well for me. However, I’m looking for a strong liquid systemic insecticide (soil drench, NOT granules) to control mealybugs, root mealybugs, thrips, and other common houseplant pests.
I’m also interested in recommendations for an effective miticide as an alternative to sulfur when needed.
For context, my Hoyas are grown in self-watering pots with a chunky substrate consisting of tree fern fiber, large and small pumice, small fir bark, worm castings, perlite, zeolite, lava rocks, and small pond rocks. Tree fern fiber is the main moisture-retaining component of my mix.
With Massachusetts pesticide restrictions, I’m having trouble finding effective liquid systemics approved for indoor houseplants.
What specific liquid systemic insecticides and miticides are other Massachusetts or New England Hoya collectors successfully using?
I’d especially appreciate recommendations from collectors using self-watering pots and similar substrates.

Tiny pots, grow lights, and little leaves to watch—I could spend hours checking on them. 😂 Every bit of new growth feels like a reason to celebrate!
