I am looking to book a trip to Egypt in October/November. I am on 3 different medications that I have read may not be allowed or may require preapproval. Sources are unclear.

Medications
-Adderall/Amphetamine Salts
-Temazepam
-Testosterone

I have had difficulty getting any answers or from anyone at the embassy- even their "medical desk." They have never answered the phone or returned any of my many voicemails. After about 6 emails, I did get a response, but it was vague and not helpful.

Does anyone have any experience traveling to Egypt safely with these medicines or similar alternatives? If you did, how did you get the approval you needed and answers on what was and was not allowed?

With all the people visiting Egypt every year, there has to be some process for this.

Any experience or help with these Medications in Egypt would be greatly appreciated ! ..... or even just anyone who can tell me how to speak to a person at the embassy medical desk.

I live in a very old rowhome. When they refinished it and took down the plaster walls, they simply "pasted" drywall to the brick walls underneath. There no studs or air spaces between the drywall and the brick. What type of screw assembly should I use to hang curtain rods and other things ? .... I don't want everything to come crashing down.
