I have the worst neighbors possible. Constant excessive noise, trash thrown into our yard, blocking driveways, and more.

I’m fortunate enough to move in 3 months. It’s been like this for over 5 years. Part of me wants to start problems since they’ve given me so much help the past years. Part of me wants to let it go. What would you all do in my case?
