Any EAD approval with a EB2NIW pending?
Greetings,
Anyone in here has received approval for their i-765 having the i-140 pending (concurrent application or the ones that had a old PD but not much money to PP and wanted to try the shot)
Im curious to know how this type of application are currently being handled
