Facebook Business Manger-Account Restricted-No Human Support To Resolve Account Issue
Can anyone help as I have been four days with FB and getting nowhere. I used to use FB regularly for advertising but changed jobs in 2021 and never used it in next role or current one. I barely use FB at all now even for personal. Instagram only.
Need to set up new business accounts and test ads for a client but it looks like in my fallow period, for some reason my account got restricted. It does not even say properly. It is hinting at two step verification and some ads that had long since finished about 10 years ago may have fallen foul of updated policies that were no longer being run. I have went through 2 step and tried deleting those ads too.
The issue is there is no right of appeal and I cannot actually speak to a human in FB. I always found their support poor in the past but this is stressing me out. I went to https://facebook.com/accountquality/ but it redirects to my business home and does not let me appeal.

When an advertising restriction is marked as final, the "Request Review" button is removed, and the account can no longer be used for advertising. Since my internal checks show that this restriction is not eligible for a new appeal, I am unable to reopen the case or trigger a review from here.
Can anyone suggest a workaround or way to get my account back working. I used it regularly for over 10 years before stopping about 5 years ago. The issue appears to relate solely to my personal account rather than the pages or accounts I managed.
