Feel shame after using work accommodations :/
I have a flexible schedule accommodation at work. I used it today for the first time. Feel so much shame about needing to use it, even though I know the purpose is so I can succeed at my job. Have you ever felt something similar?

What does medicated hypomania feel like for you?
On 200mg of lamotrigine, and I think I might be in an episode. But I’m not sure.
Unmedicated I felt a lot of typical symptoms: hyper sexuality, grandiosity, much more outgoing, etc.
Right now, definitely hypersexual compared to baseline but still mild; not too grandiose but confident in my ideas; slightly more outgoing.
Does your medicated hypomania feel “muted”?
