I’ve been an L4 for about 9 months. My OM was talking to me about getting my L5 since I’m currently doing the L5 role anyway due to AM coverage not being great at my site. He said he wants to wait for me to get top tier in OLR and then get my 5 in Q1. Is this good or should I push for my L5 now?
