I haven’t shot before at Pasadena City Hall, heard it’s a popping spot though. I also see city of Pasadena requires a permit for any professional photography, but I know sometimes there are places you can get by without a permit.

Any photographers experience or advice here? The permit is $79, so for one shoot it doesn’t seem worth getting, but would appreciate any advice. Thanks!
