2016 Dodge Grand Caravan 155k miles highway mpg average?

I have a Dodge grand Caravan 2016 156k van. I've noticed in the last month it seems to the highway mpg are going down? Today when I was on the highway it was reading 18.3 mpg. I'm wondering what's everyone's van reading when on the highway . Trying to Guage if this is an ok mpg or if I should be worried.

Im having gallbladder/gastritis issues. About 4 year ago i had horrible pain and went to the er, they did a ct scan. Come to find out i had a gallbladder attack, CT showed i had one stone in the neck of the gallbladder and several little ones in the pouch? They suggested surgery. Im a little scared 😱 never had surgery b4. Well now for oh the past year or so I have had gastritis on and off like maybe 12 times this year.. so now im considering surgery more. I'm worried because it says gastritis can get alot worse after surgery.

My questions is do you think gall bladder surgery helped or hurt you more?

If you had gastritis before surgery did it get better or worse afterwards .

Did you have any new problems after surgery?

Are you happy you had the surgery?

Anything else I should know?
