Looks like the media is starting to take notice

Normally I'm not a fan of Fox News but I noticed this video from Laura Ingraham's page and this is the first time I'm seeing cable news media acknowledging the role of midlevels in the Lindsay Clancy case.

Dr. Drew Pinsky pointed out the role of NPs in our healthcare system and compared it to a surgeon walking out in the middle of surgery and letting non-surgeons take over.

In the case of LC, I can't help but agree. Dr. Tufts started med management, patient left and saw 2 NPs who made several changes, and then LC returned to Dr Tufts and at that point she was picking up the pieces. Imagine a surgeon stepping away, lets midlevels take over and botch critical parts of the surgery, surgeon returns and is left to clean up a mess and close.

Misleading detour road signs to nowhere

I don't know if this is more appropriate for the circlejerk sub but at the same time this is actually kinda serious. Who is responsible for putting up detour road signs whenever roads get closed for construction? For the I-35 and 1604 intersection, the ramp to take I-35 north was closed due to roadwork. I followed the detour signs carefully only to discover that the "detour" was closed off by cones and a cop car blocking the ramp. Essentially I was directed to go on 1604 west which was where I came from. I followed Google maps, took the next exit and ended up circling back into the exact same trap again. I eventually improvised my own detour since Google maps was clearly confused and the detour signs proved to be complete 💩, drove through some unfamiliar neighborhoods and eventually ended up north of San Antonio.

I am a healthcare worker who is in a life situation where I have to work a late shift and then drive from northwest San Antonio to Austin on Thursday nights. I'm exhausted and the misleading detour signs to nowhere during the road closures are an absolute nightmare. Google Maps and Waze don't help. This presents a safety issue and it has been happening for at least 2 weeks now.

Anyone know who I report this to???
