Was checking to see my E bill and to make sure my financial aid went through. The tuition got a pass but I saw this statement and it wants me to pay out of pocket. I was surprised to see this and obviously I can’t afford to just pay 4k. Does anyone know what to do?

I was a dancer for 15 years, got Injured and quit two years ago and now my legs are in this state. I go to the gym, do cardio 2-3x a week and eat in a 1300-1400 cal deficit
