Hi everyone,
My partner and I had a 4-hour arrival delay with Wizz Air and want to claim compensation under EU261.
We booked through Kiwi.com, but Wizz Air’s claim form says our names can’t be found on the passenger list. Kiwi told us they used their own email address and phone number for the booking and can’t provide us with the relevant contact details.
Has anyone had the same issue? How were you able to claim the compensation from Wizz Air? Any advice would be appreciated :))
