Does anyone have experience with the MLDR1 overexpression? Apparently I have it which is why all my chemos have been failing. It pumps the chemo out of the cancer cells. Let me know!

I just finished keynote 222 and then found out my cancer spread to the lymph nodes in my neck and my lungs, so now I am stage 4. My doctors are recommending trodelvy as the next step but wondering if there are any other trials looking into before I jump into that? I was pretty chemo-resistant through keynote 222, both to AC and TC, but I know ADC’s can be different. I’ve read about immunocine cancer center in Mexico, dentric cell therapy, and the mRNA vaccines. What would you do? Also I’m pdl-1 negative + brca negative. Thanks for your help

Just finished keynote 222 for Tnbc and unfortunately my cancer grew through chemo. I had 3 foci, 12/21 cancerous lymph nodes and lymphavascular invasion. Going into radiation soon but scared of a recurrence/spread since I didn’t get PCR. Are there any long term survivors out there that had a similar situation and is still around without a recurrence/spread to tell the tale? Plzzzzzz
