Hi, I bought a used MSI Claw A1M today for a pretty good price, but unfortunately I’m having an issue with the gamepad mapping in MSI Center.

Whenever I try to remap the buttons/gamepad controls in MSI Center, nothing happens. The software doesn’t seem to respond, and I can’t change or save the button mappings.

I’ve already:

- Reset the device

- Fully updated Windows

- Updated all drivers with Driver Easy

- Updated MSI Center

But the problem is still there.

Has anyone experienced the same issue with the MSI Claw A1M? Is there a specific driver or MSI software that I need to install for the gamepad mapping to work?
