A Zurich Family Office wants to buy Grasshopper Club.

GC are in the relegation playoffs today and on Thursday, with a possible demotion to the second league a real possibility.

Allegedly this Group already contacted LAFC last year, and a concrete offer and commitments have been made.

LAFC have not been available for comment.

Hi y'all. I know this community is great, so I have a request.

I was wondering if one of you friendly Zurichers could buy me one of these cute souvenirs from your quaint town and ship it to me in the US.

Thanks y'all, your the greatest.

I can't make any friends here. Anyone?

Expats in Zürich are hilarious.

Move here entirely for money, refuse to learn German, spend every evening with other expats, treat the country like a temporary co-working space, then cry on Reddit because “Swiss people are cold.” 😪

Bro, you arrived with the emotional commitment level of a management consultant signing a 24-month contract.

Half the expat social scene is just consultants and tech workers pretending networking is friendship while quietly planning to leave in 18 months anyway.

Then every thread: “Why is it so hard to build deep connections here?” 🤣

Because nobody wants to emotionally invest in a guy whose entire personality is “I work for Google and might move to Singapore.”

***EDIT*** It's a shitpost. It's raining out,  and I have no work today.

It's keeping me amused,  in  between doing my work-out and helping my wife with cleaning the apartment.  That is all it is.

Peace... and love, of course, to everyone out tgere.

Why don’t they turn this cute little hut behind the main train station into a cool coffee place, where people could just hang out and chill?

Hi and hello to my fellow Zurichers. I am ( F, 24 ) originally from Colombia, but raised in the USA, and, after graduating in physiotherapy, I am taking a year out to get away from the problems in the US. My hobbies are volleyball, Cumbia ( the National dance from Colombia ), and just chilling.

Here's my problem though.

I've been here 4 weeks already, and I haven't met anyone yet who wants to talk, hang out and have fun, and show me this beautiful City.

Maybe it's because I'm too picture-perfect pretty, idk, but under this exquisite exterior is a shy, insecure little kitten, who just wants to be taken care of.

I read that dating is really tricky in Zürich, and that Swiss men are really shy and uptight, but I was really amazed by bad it really is, and I would love to help someone special here to come out of your shell, just by connecting together through dance, self- expression and mutual hugs.

Don't be shy guys ( and girls as well, I'm believer in equal opportunities ), so please get in touch.

I can't wait to meet a few of you and hope that you can show me that Zurich people can show their true feelings and give a bit of love to this lonely girl.

The choreo from GC yesterday. #soyjak

It's like he's just realised the consequences of 20 years of mismanagement, lol.
