I've been into gym recently there is this yogabar creatine I'm using because it was on sale and I want to start protein powder for building muscles and I'm confused why are they very expensive and idk where to start from i was surprised with creatine too but I've been seeing yogabar brand for a while now and tried their protein bars oats etc so went with it, so coming to protein powder all these are expensive asf even half a kilo can y'all suggest me some good ones worth I don't mind if they're large scale companies they should be just doing fine for their purpose and since I'm a college going student it should be in budget if there's something in between please let me know
