Shipped the wrong item
I recently placed an order and noticed right away that the quality control (QC) passed, even though I reported that the incorrect item was shipped. Has anyone else experienced this issue with CNshopper? I'm having trouble getting a human agent online to assist me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
